What is the earliest you can deliver?
Our standard delivery times are from 7am to 5.30pm. If you require delivery outside of these time please email orders@gatherandeat.com.au or call us on 02 8332 1080
Do you have a minimum spend?

Our minimum spend is $120. If your order doesn’t meet this, we will add on a surcharge to bring your order up to minimum.

Where do you deliver? Is there a delivery fee?

There is a $5 delivery fee for all orders over $120 within the CBD. Please check our delivery zones for all other charges to different areas/postcodes.

What time do you need to order by for next day delivery?

You’ll need to place your order by 12pm for next day delivery. If you miss the cut off please email orders@gatherandeat.com.au or call us on 02 8332 1080, we will do our best to help you out. Please note our office hours are 8am-4pm Monday to Friday.

Do you deliver on weekends?

We can deliver on weekends but there is a $450 minimum and catering must be confirmed 3 days before.

What will my catering be delivered in?

All our disposable packaging is enviro-friendly. If you require your catering to be plated on ceramic or our wooden boards, this will incur an additional cost of $25.

What if I need to amend an order?

Orders can be amended up to 12pm the day before. To amend your order please call us on 02 8332 1080 and we will do our best to update your order.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Cancellation under 24 hours of your order will incur a 100% charge of your full catering order. If outside the 24 hr notice period, there is a minimum days notice on certain items and a refund will be issued where applicable.
